(Update: next sale on 11/9) LeEco’s big US flash sale – here’s what you need to know

Update, November 3: Missed the LeEco flash sale from yesterday? You don’t have to wait too long for the next one. LeEco revealed it would put new stock up for grabs on November 9, at 10AM PST/1PM EST.

Original post, November 2: In mid-October, LeEco (formerly Letv) hosted a huge U.S. launch event, where the company laid out its plans to bring its growing product portfolio to the United States. While it did show off some impressive self-driving car prototypes and VR headsets, those aren’t the products coming to the States… at least for right now. Unsurprisingly, the company is launching in the U.S. with more consumer-friendly products – smartphones and TVs.

Starting today, November 2 at 10AM PT/1PM ET, you’ll be able to buy LeEco’s Le Pro3 and Le S3 smartphones, as well as four connected televisions. You won’t be able to simply head to the website and start buying things, though. Since there’s limited stock available for each of these products, you’ll first need to sign up for the LeRewards program. The flash sale is only open to folks who pre-register, so you’ll need to sign up early if you want to participate.

LeRewards members can save big on LeEco smartphones today

Are there any other benefits to the LeRewards program? Of course there are! Not only does this include three months of LeEco’s EcoPass, you’ll also get big discounts on the company’s smartphones and televisions. For instance, instead of paying the full $399 price for the flagship Le Pro3, LeRewards members will receive a $100 instant rebate on the phone. The same deal goes for the budget-friendly Le S3, which will cost just $150 after rebate.

Now, there’s no telling how much stock LeEco will have of each product, so this sale could last mere minutes. We’d suggest trying to place your order as soon as possible if you’re interested.

So, what exactly is going on sale at 10AM PT/1PM ET? We’ll give you a quick rundown:

LeEco Le Pro3 and Le S3

LeEco is bringing its Le Pro3 smartphone to the United States. Offering up an all-metal build and some killer specs, this budget flagship might be worth your while. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 821 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of on-board storage, a fingerprint sensor and a rear-facing 16MP camera. It also has a big 4,070mAh battery that LeEco says will be able to charge to 33% in just 20 minutes. What’s more, the device doesn’t sport a 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead, it provides “Continual Digital Lossless Audio” through its USB Type-C port.
